Dropped the support of TFS 2008 from Visual Studio 2013

Microsoft dropped the support of TFS 2008 from Visual Studio 2013. The team suggests using the MSSCCI provider.

MSSCCI provider is not easy to use. The following example show the way to launch MSSCCI Provider 2013. In our case, the MSSCCI Provider must be 2010 or lower. Launch the provider from VS 2013. It will open the VS 2010.
